Arizona Math Teacher Salary Expectations

The Arizona Department of Administration has found the median salary among math teachers in the state to be $74,029 while the average is $77,816. Minimally experienced teachers and/or recent graduates are reported to average between $38,358 and $50,519. Math teachers with many years of experience, however, can average as much as 69.5% more than new grads, with a salary range that is between $96,825 and $125,708.
